It needs special eye, aptitude, knowledge and power combined with vision. Those who make use of the resources around them succeed for they are smart enough to grasp and find a way.
You can find a way out in most of the dangerous situations if you have resources, if you know and tackle it or in other wards if you are aware of it. Recently I was talking to a friend of mine in the building industry and we were taking on the greatest resource of the construction industry in UAE, the manpower resource. Owning more than a thousand workers, he was of opinion that though thousands of people ready to come and work for less from different countries, the most that he likes are from India and Bangladesh for they are ready to take up challenges, are skilled, are disciplined, are able to stand the test of the time. Is your resource – human resource- that you can trust? Will they stand your quality? It is not the low cost of labour it is the quality of labour that matters often in choosing and grading for the purpose you need. There is no point in getting a high quality labour when you don’t need that quality. Why pay more when you can pay less? Find your resource, your human resource that fits your purpose best.
Are your infrastructure good enough for your requirement of taking out or bringing in the materials and people? Can people come and see you? Are you properly placed? For want of infrastructure, many industries suffer quite a lot. Here comes your choice of the place of business. Right selection of your resource I would say is the location. A location to have all the resources might be a good selection when you make a decision to start a venture.
The greatest ever suffer for an industry would be the non availability of power and water. No industry can survive without good quality water for human use and industrial use. Some industries need a large quantity of water. Water is a natural resource but in country like the United Arab Emirates the industrial water and the potable water all are human made. It is the desalinated water that comes for human use. It is the sea water from which salt is removed mechanically that come for the use.
The electricity is the prime mover of an industry and abundant and uninterrupted power supply support the growth of your venture. If you are too much dependent on this the cheapest and quality service on the utility is of great importance.

Only because you are a good driver doesn’t mean you can be out of danger for the other drivers may just be learning and can make accidents with your well driven vehicle.
